Abstract
حيث تهدف هذه الورقة الى تسليط الضوء على البنية الإدارية لسلامة المرضى في وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان وكذلك إستعراض أهم الأنشطة وبعض المبادرات التي تم تنفيذها خلال فترات زمنية محددة.
كما تسهم الورقة أيضا في مشاركة المعلومات عن عدد من الأنشطة المتعلقة بسلامة المرضى ضمن التوجهات الإقليمية والدولية الرامية لتعزيز سلامة المرضى في الدول لا سيما تلك التي تعاني من ضعف البنى التحتية وغيرها من التحديات.

Biography
A health system and public health expert with substantial experience working in both development and emergency humanitarian settings. With experience in health system strategy and planning, public health, health emergency and humanitarian assistance, and disaster response. I received my bachelor’s degree from faculty of medicine and health sciences, Sana’a University in 1998 and my master’s degree in global health and development (national health policy) from Hanyang University in South Korea in 2016.
I was the former deputy director of quality and patient safety at the Ministry of Health in Sana’a (2007-2012), and I contributed to developing national plans and policies to provide safer care in healthcare settings. Between April and October 2016, I also served as the acting officer for the MOH’s National Program of Non- Communicable Diseases (NCD). Since 2017, I have been involved in the health emergency and humanitarian work with numerous national, international, and United Nations agencies at both the national and international levels.
