Abstract

Fetomaternal safety in labour in scarce resources hospitals. pitfalls in assessment of mechanisms of labour. Failure to contexualize labour. Organizing a simple guidelines and protocols which can be applied and audited. Documenting the entries clearly and discussing the misses and near misses in a non judgmental approach.
