However, anesthesia is safer now than ever before. now aday Pt has higher chances of dying from road traffic accident than from exposure to general anesthesia .Patient safety is the goal of anesthesia care. Therefore all anesthetist should be able to act with adverse events and study all factor influence risk of anesthesia and deal with any factors threating patient safety in operation room.
