This talk lays out a patient-focused story and emphasises howcrucial these overlapping stages are. In order to provide patients with informed consent, the preoperative process starts with a comprehensive patient assessment, health optimisation, and open communication. Following surgery, our attention turns to the patient&#8217;s prompt recovery,with a focus on prompt mobilisation, careful wound care, and close observation to avoid complications. Ensuring sustained patient well-being becomes contingent upon postoperative follow-up. Surgical outcome evaluation is based on a patient safety compass that objectively measures success through satisfaction indicators and cooperative modifications.
